Sonnet is the snowman in my yard
Who never fails to keep his snow compressed.
Even when the storm can hit him hard,
He stays in place and always is the best.

But sometimes the blizzard strikes a blow
So I walk out and build him back.
Again he sat out in the snow
Just bracing for some more intense impact.

Soon the winter will be gone
and Sonnet will go too.
But I will wait right by the lawn
To build him back to new.

Sonnet is my best best friend
Even if he is pretend.
