The hooded man sat in front of two large monitors at his desk. His fingers were becoming increasingly sore by the minute as they flew across the keyboard at blinding speed. He had already promised himself he would finish the project this week, because he could not delay longer. He knew the cruel manner, in which his boss doled out punishment to those who did not complete their tasks on time.

The man was immensely proud of his project. He had spent months and months on it, creating a unique and terrifying code behind it. The malware would be sent in the form of an innocuous looking email to carefully selected victims who have recently lost a loved one. Once clicked, the virus would be downloaded to the victim’s device and a timer would start. Every 24 hours, an extremely gruesome and gory image, which would be tailored to incite panic would be automatically sent, bombarding the already grief-stricken person with disturbing pictures.

The man coded his creation with the intent of malice. Ever since joining a small gang of fugitives, he was the one carrying out the cyber-related portions of their attacks. The ultimate purpose of the bot he invented was to emotionally and psychologically torture these vulnerable people to the brink of harming themselves..

He was almost finished. With a flourish, he typed the last two lines of code with blistering speed and slammed the enter key. A loading screen appeared as his work was processed. He breathed an enormous sigh of relief as it was successfully saved. Just as his fingers were starting to turn numb, a pop-up materialized asking him to name the file.

The man sat there thinking for a while, waiting for an appropriate name for his masterpiece to materialize. The cursor sat there blinking for a while just when the perfect idea came to him. He typed it slowly, relishing in the success in every letter.
