If I could trade personality traits, the parts of me that I would give up would be my extraversion and imagination. My extraversion can result in attracting the wrong type of people and taking excessive risks, but avoid being too introverted, I would like to trade personality traits with an ambivert.

I want to trade my imagination because it can be distracting; if I’m imagining while not focusing on my classes, I can get winded up in the “bad grades trap”. This means that if I am daydreaming in class, I could lose good study habits altogether.

Because of this, I’d want to trade with a person who has the personality traits of ambiversion and studiousness. This would allow me to pay better attention in class while staying sociable.

People that can trade personality traits with me would include my parents, friends, and teachers. They are people that I can trust, including my classmates.
