The Attacks of the U.S. and Israel on Iran
On February 28, 2026, the United States and Israel attacked Iran’s capital, Tehran. They were trying to get rid of Iran’s brutal government and prevent it from developing nuclear weapons.
During the major attack, Iran’s highest leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and many other leaders were bombed and killed. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was a leader for 36 years; some people even celebrated when they discovered that he had died. Although they did get rid og some of the brutal leaders, there were also innocent people killed.
On February 28, during the opening hours of the assault on Iran, a missile struck a girls‘ school in southern Iran, killing more than 170 people, most of them were students. At least 1,444 people have been killed and 18,551 injured in US-Israel attacks since February 28.
