What goes in angel white and silky smooth

And come out so fiery golden like the surface of the sun?

Everyone agrees for it is the truth,

That fries are superior,

And the beauties have just begun.

When you take a bite of the crispy golden fluffiness

As the flavor hits your mouth

It reminds you of the good old south,

From the land of Texas BBQ.

Despite this perfect feeling all across,

The joys have not ended,

For there is yet more sauce.

Your eyes wander towards the dipping plate

For though your hunger cannot abate

As your mouth fills with fries

The warmth and the delicious flavor can’t be replaced

A single bite brings watery tears come to your eyes

For the joy is the true aftertaste
