Currently, at Glenside Hospital Museum, a humongous chocolate button is on display, which excites people around the world. With a weight of 18 kilometers, it is as heavy as a medium-sized dog. The diameter of this edible sculpture is one meter, which will make a comfy table for four to eat in.
This sculpture has joined a series named “Edible Histories”, which is about sculptures that are edible and also represent history. This project is part of a celebration to mark 650 years since King Edward III awarded the city of Bristol its royal charter, granting it special rights.
