After being submerged in the Bermuda triangle to prove a dare, he swam around in the water. Seeing nothing, he started to become more confident that nothing was going to happen, so he sent a signal to the control room. Mysteriously, he got no response. He desperately tried again. Still, no response. He looked around to see if there was anything was out of the ordinary. What he saw shocked him.
Up in the control room, the people were on their tip-toes waiting for an answer to see if the myths were true about Bermuda. After waiting for about ten minutes there was still… silence. They waited for another ten minutes and still… silence. The people up in the control room were really worried now, as anything could have happened to him.
The diver was stunned at what was there, in fact, it was a magnetic barrier deflecting every signal that he was trying to send, maybe that was why no one ever came back. The thought that he might never come back sent chills down his spine, as he had a life to live, and if he never escaped, he would not survive and would never see society again.
Up in the control room, they were trying to send messages to him, calling his name, hoping that he might respond. They were afraid, as he was one of their best divers and if he was lost, their work about the oceans would deplete severely, so they hurried to send some else to try and save him.
After being stuck there for hours, the diver had almost lost his will to live, and was wondering when he would become a lifeless corpse when suddenly he saw a light shining on to him. It was another diver! He was overjoyed, but he had lost so much energy that right after the other diver got a hold of him, he collapsed.
After waking up, he was questioned but was so tired he just blabbered so they left him alone for a while. After he got his energy back, he told them everything about the barrier. They were so overjoyed that he was able to survive and get info about the Bermuda Triangle that they hosted a party for him and the person who saved him. Thinking about how lucky he was to survive; he decided to retire and get a more peaceful job.
