France’s police have arrested more than 700 people including the two largest cities, the capital city of France, Paris, and the port city of Marseilles. The clashes of policemen and protesters occurred in the city streets of France, city centers, suburbs, and small towns. A seventeen years old teenager was shot by a police officer after being stopped by a traffic violation.

President Emmanuel Macron had seen a teenage driver die from one of the police officers. “No justice No peace,” a man screamed in an NPR microphone as he ran away from the police with 45,000 officers.

He said the personally targeted attack presented a new level of “horror and ignominy” in the current outbreak of civil unrest, while town halls, schools, police buildings and hundreds of stores have also been damaged by fire or acts of vandalism over the past few days.
