The wind and the sun had a race
To see who was stronger.
They would make a man take off his coat
And see who is faster.
The Wind went first,
He blew very hard.
But the man was very cold,
And even put on his scarf.
The Sun then went,
He shone very bright,
The man took off his clothes,
And went for a dive.
The Sun smiled at the Wind,
And the Sun said
“Strength might be great,
But sometimes you need more than that to win.”
To see who was stronger.
They would make a man take off his coat
And see who is faster.
The Wind went first,
He blew very hard.
But the man was very cold,
And even put on his scarf.
The Sun then went,
He shone very bright,
The man took off his clothes,
And went for a dive.
The Sun smiled at the Wind,
And the Sun said
“Strength might be great,
But sometimes you need more than that to win.”
