Should we bring cell phones to school? Why or why not?
In my opinion, we should not bring cell phones to school. Cell phones may hinder children’s from learning in class.

The first reason is that it may be a distraction. Cell phones sometimes ring, which is noisy. Also, children will not pay attention in class. It’s because they may only think about the games on their cell phones, and what to play after class. Students won’t listen in class. So they sometimes may not know what the teacher is talking about.

Another reason is that it could hurt people’s eyes. Nowadays, people already spend too much screen time, which could be bad for their eyes. Classwork using paper is a lot better than using a cell phone. Lower grades write faster using a pencil, because some of them type slowly. Using cell phones in class isn’t a good idea.

Last but not least, you will be controlled by cell phones. When you use cell phones or other media devices for too much time, you’ll only want to use them. Bringing them to school makes students use more screen time. People will not care about what is going on around them, and won’t think about nature anymore. Walking in your neighborhood or hiking on a mountain can sometimes be healthy. If people are controlled by cell phones, they will forget about relaxing in nature.

It’s important not to bring cell phones to school, as they can be a distraction in class and they can hurt your eyes. Also, too much time on cell phones makes you stop paying attention to things around you.
