“Sharlene Returns”
That’s the best magic performance we’ve ever seen,” screamed some other students. They were named Sara Truth, Lisa Honest, and Arthur Neverlie. They were the direct opposite of Clara Liar.
“What, how did you beat me? This is impossible!” cried Allya.
“Perhaps you should learn not to be too proud of yourself,” said a voice outside the window.
Everyone turned and looked. A person was wearing a white cape just like Celina, and you couldn’t even see their face. After the voice that made you chatter your teeth spoke, everyone’s face turned pale.
In the 5th grade of OSPS, everyone knows who that is: Sharlene. Sharlene was a student just like Celina who tried to join the grade. She passed it overwhelmingly; she then skipped 5th grade and graduated 6th grade in 2 days. The teachers thought she was way too talented and sent her to a 1st ranking magic school in the Fairy Kingdom.
In this world, there are 3 rankings for schools. The 1st ranking school is the best one. They even get to join the competition against all the other territories and kingdoms. Each territory or kingdom has one first-ranking, two second-ranking and three third-ranking schools. OSPS, though, is not included. These orphanage schools, which house all kinds of living beings, are in a separate territory called the WD territory (no one knows why they named it that way). All kinds of living beings live together.
Now, let‘s get back to the story. It has been only two weeks since Sharlene left. Everyone still had her fresh in their memory.
“What? Are you surprised that I came back?” asked Sharlene.
“Why’d you come back?!” asked Ms. Wand.
“I’m here to grade OSPS and see if it should still be standing or not. The Territory Union (TU) selected me to come. And I might as well take Celina with me,” said Sharlene.
“You have no right to take her,” argued Ms. Wand.
“Well, she can’t stay here either; Celina is not an orphanage,” replied Sharlene coldly.
“You’re taking Celina because the TU wants her. I understand, but why’d she come here in the first place anyway?” asked Ms. Wand.
