An accomplishment I am deeply proud of is that I completed the Spartan Run. Dag but worthwhile. But it was still a very fun experience.

n” but there are obstacles in it so it makes the process way more physical. There is first a tire run where you have to run over some tires or step into it. And then re is the wires that you have to crawl under them to get to the next challenge. The next challenge to do I think is a rope where you climb up a little hill that is pretty steep. When I was climbing the hill, my friend Timi fell and hurt himself but it wasn’t so bad. And finally in the first section there is a rope pulling that you need to pull a rope with a heavy door attached to it. You need to lift it to get to the next section.

The second and final section is first that you have to crawl in a little hole to get to other side. Then you have to do another hill climbing with the rope. And then the final part and the most hard part will be waiting. You will have to carry a sand bag around a course. When I was doing this, I thought this was very, very, very hard and very impossible. But after a long time of trying, I was finally able to do the course. After that you need to run through a thick mud. First, me and my brother thought that the pools of mud were very disgusting and we aren’t going to do it. But after a long time of waiting, my brother couldn’t wait anymore since he is not that patient so he just ran through the whole thing by himself. I can’t just wait so I followed him in to the thick pools of mud. And finally, there is a rope climbing wall that you had to climb over. And that is like of it, like I mean the whole race.
