People had to use ice cold water to take their bath, otherwise it would be too hot for them. Schools also kept children inside the building during break time. Also, people could not have a summer fair either with the high temperatures. So people could only play in water as going outdoors would be extremely hot and sweaty.

People were sad that they could not go outside. They had to use ice cold water in order to be cool. The kids in school cannot go outside for break time that they usually have. Everyone can only stay indoors to not be hot and sweaty.

The extremely high temperatures made people’s lives harder. It is also a sad thing for the people that are in those countries.
