Scooter is a Chinese crested dog, born with his back legs facing the wrong way, which makes it hard to walk. So, Scooter had to walk on his front legs.

But walking on his front legs is tiring. Recently, Scooter was given a special tool to help Scooter walk. The tool has two wheels striped on scooter’s back.

Scooter won the World Ugliest Contest. One of the judges said, “Scooter reminds me cutely of a hairy hippopotamus.”

Even though some dogs might not look that perfect, it is still very important to treat them with love and care.
