Never Trod on a Cat’s Tail
Don’t say that I’ve never warned you,
To never trod on “a cats tail”.
Because if you do,
Their paws would flail,
And scratch you by accident.
They are fuzzy fur-balls on legs
That curl up at the foot of the bed.
They purr loudly,
Also quite proudly,
Won’t they be cute in red?
Adorable animals they are,
but they can be also dangerous.
With a striking paw,
one mouse could never rouse.
So, be well aware.
They stretch and yawn,
In the afternoon sun.
How contented they are,
We don’t know,
but just look at its tail.
