Venus and Jupiter are meeting up
Sky-gazing fans have a great view because Venus and Jupiter are involved in an optical illusion on August 11th to 12th, 2025.
This event is called a conjunction, which makes them look like they’re bumping into each other. This event can be seen without the need for specialized equipment. Simply looking at the sky at night will do.
You can see the planets because they are the two brightest planets in our solar system. They are near the Milky Way. This event is a rare astronomical event to enjoy.
