But if you don’t stop, you can keep on improving, because progress doesn’t always come quickly or easily, but with patience and persistence, every step forward builds on the last. Growth doesn’t always look the way you expect.
Sometimes, it feels like you’re standing still, but you’re building strength, resilience, and understanding. Trust that you’re becoming stronger through it all.
Finally, I’d say:
Some of your worries won’t matter.
This is important because worrying takes time away from fixing your problems.
