A penguin was having some fun,
Then, suddenly slipped on his bun.
He crashed through a door,
Did a flip, maybe four,
And yelled, “That’s how breakfast is fun!”
There once was a man in a tree,
Whose whiskers were lovely to see;
But the birds of the air,
Plucked them perfectly bare,
To make them nests in that tree.
A young man named Fred of great size,
Ate pies until tears filled his eyes.
With a groan and a sigh,
He said, “I could die,”
And then ordered more pies of great size.
An old baker, quite skilled with his dough,
Made bread that would rise with a glow.
With a pinch and a pat,
He’d shape it like that,
And into the oven it would dough.
