In Pittsford, New York, Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Rodger Saffold is opening a training camp on the non-football injury list after a car crash injured his ribs.

The coach, Coach Sean McDermott, announced Saffold’s status a couple of weeks after the crash, before the team’s first training camp practice on Sunday. In addition to Saffold’s injury, Cornerback Tre’Davious White tore his ACL on Thanksgiving and is on schedule with his recovery. Furthermore, Defensive lineman Eli Ankou and offensive lineman Ike Boettger are also on the pup list.

Brandon Beane said, “ White is dying to get back out there, but that the team would not rush him back.”
