On July 9th, Russian armies killed more than 15 people with URAGAN rockets at Chasiv Yar, Ukraine.

Chavis Yar is close to a town named Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region. Donetsk is one of the target cities that Russia is aiming at.

Russian rockets struck several apartment buildings in Chasiv Yar. One side of a five-storey building in the apartment block was tore apart, with a pile of debris that remained.

According to BBC news, at least 15 people were killed by the attack and more people are still under the rubble. The death toll was given by a Ukrainian emergency services official.

Rescuers utilized a crane to lift slabs of concrete, searching for missing people. Videos from Ukraine’s emergencies ministry shows rescuers pulling a man from rubble. Veronika Bakhal of Donetsk emergency services told the BBC that they still hoped to find more survivors.
