There once was a kid named Jeff, and he was the noisiest person in his classroom. He was a very smart kid, but he was inexperienced and got his information only from books. Sometimes the teacher asked him the question, “What did you eat for breakfast today?” and he would always go on and on and talk about how to cook pancakes. Ultimately, he would always forget what he was asked and waste all of the class time.

Soon, he realized there were a lot of problems with talking this much. He would talk and talk, and soon all of his friends quit being his friend. Even his best friend stopped communicating with him. One day, he decided to ask his friends why they didn’t like him. They told him that he talked way too much, way more than he even wanted to know. They said that they would hang out one day and test if he could handle it.

Expecting the worst, Jeff agreed to their terms. The next day at recess, Jeff could finally play with his friends. His friends asked him one question, when is his birthday? He resisted telling them about each of his birthdays and said July 4th. His friends were surprised that he didn’t continue rambling about all his birthdays. They played together the last week or so, and continued asking him questions. They finally agreed that he could join their friend circle again. They played every day together and had a lot of fun.
