Popular Minecraft YouTuber Technoblade (“Techno”) recently passed away on June 30th due to cancer. He originally found this out when his right arm was in pain. He thought that this was because he spent so much time gaming and playing with his friends. He went to the hospital and was diagnosed with cancer. After that, Techno took chemotherapy treatment for his cancer and arm tumor. After he died, his family posted a YouTube video to share the story of his death. This was truly heartbreaking to all his fans and friends. His video is currently in the trending section of YouTube and I wish that it could stay there forever.

I have only watched a few of Techno’s videos but I still found some of them quite entertaining. His sense of humor was much loved and appreciated by the Minecraft community. In his death acknowledgment video, it is revealed that his true name is Alex. His father was the one who told the story as his son already passed away. The money that Techno’s merch store makes is now being transferred to his charities and fundraisers to remember him.

There are currently many posts about his death and tributes to him. Hypixel, one of the most popular Minecraft servers in the world, has always supported Techno throughout his journey from 2013 until his death. Many popular Minecraft YouTubers such as Dream, Tommyinnit, and Ph1lzA all paid their respects to him. Streamers who do not play Minecraft that often such as Ludwig and Pokimane also pay their respects as Techno was a big inspiration to many of the people playing the game. Rest in peace, Techno.
