Have you ever watched a resilient athlete before? They are always working very hard. They push themselves to their limits even if they make a wrong move. I believe that we should learn from this type of people. So today, I am going to give out some evidence how resilient could help us in our lives.
Resilience could help you in many different ways throughout life such as at work for adults, and school for children. Resilience is a thing you can gain by just a day or one year. Some people are born with resilient traits, while others need to learn.
In the Olympics, one runner fell and bumped his leg, but he still ran and finished the race. Although he is the last one in the race, he gained of attention of the people watching the race. At first all of them thought it was funny; however a few seconds after they were quiet. That is because everyone saw his leg and how he finished the race.
Some people love to do extreme sports such as climbing high mountains that has cliffs. Although they sometimes fall and get hurt but they still hang their hope and go back and keep climbing.
In conclusion, I believe that being resilient is very important for both athletes and normal people.
