The new movie Top Gun Maverick (2) has just premiered after 36 years since the original. The movie was astonishing and exciting, so it earned a 5/5 stars for me.
In Top Gun, there were multiple parts that were amazing and one of them was the part when Maverick gets fired. This was an amazing part of the movie because it will get people to predict what will happen next and what Maverick would do. It was also protruding out to me because of how much it affects the plot. If Maverick didn’t get fired, they would have hired another teacher to teach the students how to fly the main mission, which could have gone a completely different direction.
Another part that stood out to me was when Maverick and Goose were fighting two futuristic jets (MIG-28) with a jet that almost couldn’t take off (F-14). The devastating part was when Maverick took out one of the jets and kept distance with the other one with no more ammunition left. The astonishing part was when Hangman (the one who thinks he can do anything) helps Maverick out by shooting down the aircraft and saving his life.
Tom Cruise isn’t like any other actor; he does whatever he can to make the film look realistic, that is another reason Top Gun was such an amazing movie. Unlike other movies where they film it behind a green screen Tom Cruise takes his to a whole new level, he takes him, and his actors to live where they film the movie. They go through months of crash-landing training and flight training to prepare for this movie. Tom said that he didn’t want to be like other actors, he liked to take it to the extremes.
Top Gun was such an amazing and astonishing movie, so I recommend you watch the movie and enjoy! (Don’t forget to bring ur popcorn 😊)
