The lost tooth
One day, a boy named Ted, who liked eating candy, was eating a lollipop. However, Ted bit too hard and his tooth came out. He thought of how his mom would react and wondered whether she would be angry. He was freaking out. Ted thought of so many ideas to avoid telling his mom that he lost a tooth.
That night, he couldn’t sleep, so he ran to his mom and said, “Mom, I lost a tooth, and it hurts so much. I didn’t want to tell you because I thought you would be mad.”! His mom replied with a nice soft voice saying, “It is ok, the tooth fairy will come later tonight while you’re sleeping, she will take your tooth and give you a coin under your pillow.” When Ted listened to what his mom just said, he went back to his bed and fell asleep quickly.
The next day, when he checked under his pillow, it was there! The coin. Ted quickly told his mom about what had just happened with excitement. He told his mom that he wanted to go out and buy something with the money he got. They ate their breakfast very fast, and he couldn’t wait to go buy something. When they got in the car, Ted was so excited that he smiled the whole way. As soon as they arrived at the mall and parked the car, he was so happy that Ted ran into the mall with his mom. Ted said he wanted a Lego and couldn’t wait to finally get one.
