Before they became great enemies when they were friends. In February, Musk posted on X: “I love Donald Trump as much as a straight man can love another man.” What could have blown up their friendship?

Well, when the election happened, Elon Musk helped Trump to win the election by using quarter of a billion dollars. “Without me, Trump would have lost the election,” Musk posted on X.

At first Musk was complaining about the centerpiece of Trump’s legislative agenda. A prominent area of disagreement between Elon Musk and Donald Trump’s agenda has been climate change policies, specifically regarding the Paris Agreement. Trump was disappointed in his former adviser. That made Musk throw tons of insults such as “This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination.” at Trump.

Then, he called Trump’s spending bill “a disgusting abomination” because he thought it would make America bankrupt. That had triggered Trump. Trump is president at this time, and the president is a powerful leader.

After Musk was done criticizing Trump’s spending bill, Trump threatened to withdraw government funds and cancel Musk’s business dealings with Musk’s businesses. Trump also claimed that Musk just went crazy. Musk was upset because his car company is likely to suffer from Trump’s plans to end electric vehicle tax credits. But in response, Musk posted on X: “This administration has chose oil over innovation. Sad!”

Later on, an interview occurred and Trump said that he wasn’t interested in talking to the billionaire. He even described him as a man who has lost his mind. This big news has made the world know it.

“Elon and I had a great relationship, I don’t know if we will be anymore,” said Trump after getting criticized by Elon Musk.

Musk has repeatedly taken credit in the 2024 election. But now the relationship is over, he quickly warned Musk. He said that he’ll face very serious consequences if he will fund Democratic campaigns.
