Sitting in a small house, you look outside the glass window…. and whoa! The floor beneath your bungalow is red! Now, why would this happen? The only reason is because you are on Mars! I think that living on Mars may be fun and exciting but not very functional. So now, I will inform you why living on the red planet may not be a very wise decision to make.
First, I am more of an extrovert, and love going outdoors and making friends, but on Mars, I probably would not have a lot of chances to step outside without putting on a 130 pound space suit, which does not fit my casual clothing style at all! And that even though inside they wore comfy clothes, outside they were wearing heavy looking equipment. So this is why I think living on mars wouldn’t be a smart choice.
Also, I live in Florida, a place right next to the equator and one of the well known places to enjoy the tan and heat, and since I have been living here since birth, it is natural to get used to it, according to www.reference.com › science-technology ›, “Mars cannot retain the radiant heat of the sun, so while late afternoon at the Martian equator may be a comfortable 70 F, at night the temperature would fall to 100 F below zero.” A human could not survive a day with the temperature being at least -20%. So this is why I can’t survive Mars.
In conclusion, I would not think living on Mars is great because I can’t wear casual clothes outside, and I would hate the freezing temperatures that prevent me from sunshine ( don’t forget that getting there may also be complicated.)So next time you think about some outer space vacation, remember that it’s not always that fun.
