Winners at the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards: Who Received Green Slime?
This years Kids’ Choice Awards were held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 in Barker Hangar, Santa Monica, California.
The Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards is an annual American awards show produced by Nickelodeon. It honors the year’s biggest achievements in television, film, music, and sports. The show is known for its celebrity guests, musical performances, and the signature green slime stunts. Children can vote for the Kids’ Choice Awards 2025 through the website. Children can typically vote more than once. The voting period opened on May 15, 2025.
Jack Black, Sabrina Carpenter, and the film Wicked were among the top winners at the annual 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards. 500 gallons of the award’s iconic green goo were blasted at the winners.
One of the notable performances were the Machine Gun Kelly and KATSEYE. Some other highlights include skateboarding stunts by Tony Hawk and Katelyn West, slime stunts, and appearances by various celebrities.
Minecraft Movie’s Jack Black was crowned King of Comedy. Jack Black said it “might be the best day of my life” as he was crowned. Jack Black also won Favorite Movie Actor for his role in A Minecraft Movie.
Moana 2 got two awards, with both Auli’li Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson winning for their voice acting.
Wicked‘s Ariana Grande won the Favorite Movie Actress, while the song “Defying Gravity” won the Favorite Song from a Movie. Furthermore in the music category, Sabrina Carpenter won her very first Kids’ Choice Award. Sabrina Carpenter did not just win one award this year, she got the Favorite Album, Favorite Song, and Favorite Female Breakout Artist.
The chosen television shows include The Thundermans: Undercover and XO Kitty.
