Jack Black, Sabrina Carpenter, and WickeKids’ Choice Awards 2025
Last weekend, the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards took place and featured Jack Black, Sabrina Carpenter, and many more. The awards show was hosted by Tyla and held live at the Barker Hangar.
The Kids’ Choice Awards Show is an annual awards show that gives awards to actors and actresses who children voted for. Something special about the event is that winners get green slime poured on them!
At the Kids’ Choice Awards this year, over 5000 gallons of slime were poured onto the winners. That’s about 19000 liters!
Jack Black, who won King of Comedy and Favorite Movie Actor, said that it “might be the best day of my life.” Moana 2 got a couple of awards, with Auli’i Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson both winning for their voice acting.
Ariana Grande from Wicked won Favorite Movie Actress, while the song “Defying Gravity“ won Favorite Song from a Movie.
It was a great night for Sabrina Carpenter, because she won her first Kids’ Choice Award. She also got Favorite Album, Favorite Song, and Favorite Female Breakout Artist.
Other winners of the show included SpongeBob SquarePants, America’s Got Talent, and Inside Out 2. It was a great day for those winners at the show.
