As we all know, the world’s climate is changing, causing quite a bit of issues. This change is called climate change, and this has affected Europe gravely this year as it has experienced a much hotter climate than usual. This is bearable for now, but if this keeps up, eventually the earth may go down in flames.

Climate change isn’t the only factor though, circulation of the atmosphere and the ocean also caused this heat. There are three main ways that Europe is getting hotter and hotter. First, low-pressure zones like to draw air toward them. In this real-life scenario, the low-pressure zone has been consistently pumping hot air from North Africa northward and its target is Europe. Second, as a lot of us know the Arctic is melting because of the warmer climate. This warming is occurring much faster than other places on earth. As the entire world gets to the same temperature there are less and less cooler winds, making this heat stay in Europe for even longer. Third, there is a major current called the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation, the weakening of this current could change in atmospheric circulation make the summers even drier for Europe.

This warmth in Europe may spread further and further into the world until it’s too late to stop it. Though millions of people are trying to stop this. As said in the show “The Six Million Dollar Man” “We have the technology.” And very soon we will! We are searching for new eco-friendly ways to get power and electricity, like solar panels, windmills and even algae. But the humans need to get to work, or we will be fighting the monster we made.
