Elon Musk is the founder of the rocket company Space-X, which recently launched Falcon 9. He is also the CEO of Tesla, an automotive and clean energy American company.

Back in April, Elon Musk decided to buy Twitter for $44 billion. However, the deal may end due to an argument between Elon Musk and Twitter. Musk backed out because Twitter failed to provide enough information regarding the number of spam and fake accounts on the website. Spam accounts are designed to spread information to a large number of people and influence the way they post on Twitter. In May, Musk said the deal was on hold as he awaited the data he requested. Twitter is intent on the deal, saying it plans to pursue legal action to reinforce the agreement.

However, the original agreement includes a $1 billion break-up fee.

Will this be solved? Will Musk buy Twitter, or will he cut the deal?
