A Day at the Shore.
A warm gentle breeze,
A soft murmur from the sea,
A never-ending day.

An endless love,
Takes my whole heart.
The way you laugh, smile, and cry,
Makes me believe there’s more behind the walls you put up.
Revealing yourself to me,
Showing me the parts no one else sees,
And trusting me in ways you haven’t before.
Special,
A word that describes what we have,
Just enough not to overdo it,
But not too little to show you don’t care.
The simple words, “you shine,”
Words that make you feel seen,
The words that can make all the difference,
Words that perhaps only you and I know what they truly mean.
