Learning to keep my dog calm

Once when I was walking my dog named Purple, my neighbor was standing outside her house and waved to us. My dog, who loves other people, saw her there.

To my surprise, my dog got so excited that she ran at my neighbor with full speed. She ran so fast that she pulled me towards my neighbor, causing me to crash into her! I was skidding on the floor with my face down. I felt like the Titanic crashing into an iceberg.

it was all my dog’s fault. I yelled, ”Bad dog!”

Purple seemed unfazed, and played with my neighbor. It seemed as if she did not care about her owner a single bit. Disappointed, I went home and used some medicinal cream. I still had that scar on the first day of school! For days, I had that horrible scar. Then, finally my scar recovered because of the cream.

I was so relieved.

From this experience, I learned to be careful and hold my ground when Purple sees new people!
