The World Ends
It was just a casual day at my high school. My friend Aaron, who is the biggest troublemaker ever, decided to slack off on the last day of school. Phew! Now, the world will never end, right?
There was only one hour left of school, and we had a carnival to celebrate. Aaron was actually having fun, unlike him in English. We headed towards the big dunking tank. Teachers were shivering, waiting to drop into the cold water again. Our PE teacher had a water gun, and he sprayed a random dude before getting dunked.
When it was our turn, Aaron threw his ball, but instead of hitting the target, it disappeared after hitting it. He tried again, but it sailed right through the target and into the field. He swung his last ball at the target and hit it.
Red flames engulfed the dunking tank, but the teachers were frozen in position. I looked around. Everyone else was frozen except me and Aaron. It was scary but also funny to see our PE teacher’s water gun squirting water that just floated there. His face was contorted.
A red man rose from the fire and said, “Thank you, Aaron Jade, for freeing me. Your world will suffer. Bye!” He turned into an orange wisp and zoomed away.
“Our world will suffer? What does that mean?” I asked.
Aaron replied, “It means bye bye, world.” The ground shook, and a green shadow appeared on the ground.
“Thanks, Aaron. Bye!” it said. The shadow floated in the direction where the first spirit went.
“Um, are all the deities coming out of the ground now?” I asked. Aaron nodded. A star flashed a message in Morse Code and dove into the ground and glided towards the other gods. From the sea emerged a dark blue storm, and it moved towards the earth, sky, and fire god. From everywhere, mischievous gods (even trickier than Aaron!) floated out of the ground and joined the big deity group.
You don’t want to know the end. But here it is: Everyone lived happily ever after, and they had popsicles! No, they didn’t… The world burst in fire and water, the sky and the ground clashed, and the world ended. The End!
