Original Haikus by Wesley Zhao
River clear as day,
Falcons sitting in a tree,
The soft buzz of bees.
The world turns snowy,
Leaves are starting to fall off,
Winter is coming.
Soft rustle of leaves,
It’s slithering through the trees,
Green scales of the snake.
Spring is coming soon,
Birds are singing on a branch,
The leaves will turn green.
People chattering,
Hot dogs and burgers ready,
Laughing and talking.
When the wind blows fast,
Leaves start twirling in circles.
This is what fall is.
Life of big troubles,
Town boy in a big city,
What is his fate like?
