The Eternal Supreme

The Eternal Supreme is a wonderful novel that you can read and has many chapters that can keep you entertained and busy. It is a wonderful work by TaiYi ShengShui with its captivating cultivation system and its beautifully crafted comedy.

This novel is about one of the top cultivators of this era, Gu FeiYang, possessing the body of a useless loser Li YunXiao, who hasn’t opened a single chakra. The basic cultivation system of this novel has ten realms that followes, that being the First Origin Realm (Warriors), Two Forces Realm (Martial Masters), Three Powers Realm (Great Martial Master), Four Quadrants Realm (Martial Lords), Five Elements Realm (Martial Kings), Six Directions Realm (Martial Grandmasters), Seven Constellations Realm (Martial Emporers), Eight Desolation Realm (Martial Supremes), Nine Heavens Realm (Martial Sovereigns) and the Ten Worlds Realm (Divine Realm).

One of the benefits of reading this novel is never running out of things to understand, for there will be many things you have to piece together to get the whole. Another fun part is that it’s a very entertaining and comprehensive story about cultivating. The adventures he goes through and also the unexpectedness of this novel make it fun to go into without prior knowledge, and it also has great comedy.

Although it’s great and all, the original work was written in Chinese, so the translations are confusing sometimes. The humor doesn’t always go through perfectly as well. The manga adaptation of this is great if you want to laugh at people being gaslit and flabergasted about random things Li YunXiao does, and how the people around him get used to him being abnormal.

Despite these downsides, this piece of work remains amazing. This novel really brought me to look at the world in different ways with the main character’s schemes, silver tongue, and ideologies.
