A FANTASTIC FIRE-BREATHING FANTASY: A MUST-WATCH MOVIE.
How to Train Your Dragon live-action movie finally came out! Vikings were the mortal enemies of dragons, trying to defend themselves while the dragons always stole their livestock. Every single Viking wanted to slay a dragon. Hiccup, the main character, was underestimated and always looked down on. He wanted to prove himself by doing something he could never accomplish. On his mission to find a dragon, he accidentally befriended one. He decided that maybe dragons aren’t so bad after all, but the problem was how to prove it.
When I was little, I always dreamed of having a pet dragon. This movie made my dream come true. Many people find the new How to Train Your Dragon movie quite fascinating. The storyline and plot are very tied to the original animated version, making the story so much more fun to see everything come to life. Reviews say that the designers of the dragons have done their job, from the Deadly Nadder to the Hideous Zippleback. The dragons were something on their own. The story plot is so much to see with every action-packed scene. This movie has so much thought, people feel so many emotions just watching it, from sad to joyful. A fan of dragons has to watch the epic, awesome, adventurous movie.
Some people are bothered by the live-action movie, saying that the deletion of a minor but important scene caused the rest of the movie to feel like a rip in a tapestry. Other people say that the storyline might be a bit too faithful to the original and becomes almost boring to watch, seeing the exact same things happen, but just more realistically. One important thing about How to Train Your Dragon is the character designs. The live action just loses interest in all of the cartoon and fun. People say that the jokes in the movie don’t land the way they do in the cartoon. The jokes are off time and are more awkward than funny.
I personally think that this movie was wonderful. I always wondered what it would be like if dragons were real in our world. This movie inspired me, and I’ve really been into How to Train Your Dragon ever since. Overall, the How to Train Your Dragon live-action movie still has a pretty high rating with 4.7 stars. The flame and special effects are awesome, and people who love dragons will love this movie. Each dragon is unique in its way. Some people prefer the old animated version over the new live-action one, just because the live-action one just doesn’t feel right. It really just depends on if you’re a live action person or if your more into cartoons.
