The students are trying to keep cool but a classroom full of fans isn’t enough and students are having a hard time focusing .
“It isn’t safe having so many kids in a school without enough air and conditioning” one of the teachers said.
The government suggests that students wear plenty of sunscreen, get a lot of water, and stay in the shade, so they won’t get sunburn or get hot.
They also get cold treats and cold ice water or iced juice. Some of the students didn’t go to school and some even skipped school due to the heat.
Many students are learning in churches so they can keep cool, and they also have time to have a water fight during school.
The students get movie time they get icy treats while watching the movie.
The students are encouraged to bring a water bottle and they are recommended to drink often Since it was so hot the schools lunch ladies were given neck fans, so they won’t be hot while cooking.
