US Department of Justice once investigated Trump’s role in the 6 January revolt at the US statehouse and found out that Trump removed 20 boxes files of top-secret White House documents to his house which had removed from the White House when he left his office in January 2021. These charges sent Trump to the court to determine whether he is innocent or guilty. However, Jack Smith, one of the Special Counsels said he wanted to speedy finish this case, and if there is no proof of guilt for Donald Trump, then he is innocent.
