I think Matilda by Roald Dahl is a good book because it is about a girl named Matilda who attends a school where there is a mean principal named Mrs. Trunchbull. She is known throughout the school because she likes to mess around with children.

But Matilda soon learns that she has telekinesis, and now she can move things around without touching them. As she ages, she soon learns that she can control this power and not abuse it. Her teacher, Ms. Honey, is usually afraid of Mrs. Trunchbull, but after Matilda comes, she is not afraid anymore.

Later on, Matilda uses her telekinesis to get rid of Mrs. Trunchbull, but soon after her parents leave her… and Ms. Honey adopts her. Then, they live together, and Matilda never uses her telekinesis anymore, except when she uses it to get some bedtime books.

I think it is a good book because it has a lot of suspense and drama, and it is funny. If I were to rate it, I would give it five out of five stars.
