The tiger Matthew watched as his prey bounded before him, unaware of the situation it was in. The limping deer at the back of the pack sensed something was wrong, but it was too late. The rest of the pack sprinted away as Matthew began to feed.

Later that day, the jungle animals came to the clearing to discuss what to do about the food situation. On one hand, the different clans of predators wanted to keep hunting, although the clans of the herbivores wanted the predators to stay on a diet of fruits. As the clan leaders discussed, their clans started to become restless.

As the deliberations continued throughout the night, many packs of predators decided on an impromptu leader to lead them while the chiefs were busy. One such candidate was Matthew. He sought to unite the clans in the decision of continuing hunting. He spoke passionately about how this is the way of the world, and how hunting is the easiest way to provide for your family. By the time the clan chiefs returned from the discussion, they were no longer in power. Matthew had started a revolution, and the people backed him.
