My friend, Allan, plays Gelatin and Lollipop with me every day we see each other. Allan plays as Gelatin and I act out Lollipop. We pretend that Gelatin and Lollipop are married, and they have kids whose names are Lolli, Gello, Tinny, Poppy, Coconut, and Scribble. Allan acts Gello, Tinny, and Coconut, who are all made of gelatin. I act the rest, which are all lollipops. They go on many adventures together.
“Scribble, why don’t we make Thanksgiving dinner for the family?’’ asks Coconut.
“I don’t think we should. I mean we are only 6, and we have never watched Mom and Dad cook before.” Scribble answers.
“I think we can do this, Scribble! Come on! Let me see the cookbook, Scribble.” says Coconut positively.
“Okay Coconut. Let’s do this. Let me take the chicken out.’’ declares Scribble.
“Do we have more lettuce? Oh, never mind. We don’t need lettuce for the stuffing. Hmmm… Are you sure that this is the turkey?” questions Coconut.
“I’m sure!” says Scribble in a confident voice.
“We need to make the stuffing.” Scribble said.
“I am making it.” Coconut said quickly. After a few hours, the twins finally finished
“What temperature shall we put it in at?” asked Scribble.
“I think the highest degree for 25 minutes.” Coconut replied.
“Okay, and… all set!” Scribble said happily.
“Yay! We made Thanksgiving dinner!” screamed Coconut.
“Wait the cranberry sauce!” yelled Scribble.
“Let me smash the cranberries.” said Coconut. Later the cranberry sauce was finished, and the chicken was done.
“We are home!” cried the family.
“Did you make dinner all by yourselves?!” asked Lollipop.
“Yes.” The twins replied.
“This is good.” Lolli said.
“Mmmmm.” the family replied.
“I like it!” Tinny shouted.
“It doesn’t really taste like turkey.’’ Lollipop and Gelatin both said.
“Oh, I think I used the chicken instead of the turkey! Now we must eat turkey for Christmas dinner.” whispered Scribble.
“I said for you to make sure it was the turkey!” whispered back Coconut!
“Oh well.” said Scribble.
“Mmmm…” cried Gello.
