The WNBA star Brittney Griner was found and charged for vape cartridges found in her luggage with traces of hashish oil in the airport. If she is convicted and found guilty, she can have a penalty in jail for up to ten years!
Now, she is currently in custody. Only few pictures have been found since then, and her wife, Cherelle Griner, is both worried and concerned. They have only been able to communicate through letters.
After four months of not being able to talk to each other, the Russian officials eventually approved a phone call between them. However, they couldn’t connect “because the phone line in the U.S. Embassy in Russia was not Staffed.”
