A Royal Member Joins Spanish Team and Leads Victory Once Again

Young teenage star Lamine Yamal led Spain to a 2-1 victory at Euro 2024 finals last Sunday due to his tremendous amount of talent and youth.

After the big win, Yamal could be seen ecstatic while onstage, dancing and jumping, while other teammates knew to find their composure and absorb the moment.

A funny moment occurred when Yamal arrived a little early to receive his medal. The assembled dignitaries were not quite prepared yet when he stepped up onstage. Instead of a scolding from his teammates though, he was called back and greeted with a playful ruffle of his hair, showing his youth and innocence.

Audience members struggled to remember just how young Yamal is, who was 16 years old during the match. Despite his youth, most of the credit was given to him due to his thrilling unpredictability and nerve.

“I’m just enjoying myself and I’m proud to be in the final,” Yamal said after the game.

But a few years ago, Spain was known very little except for its losses. The men’s team had not won a single knockout game since its World Cup victory in 2010. In the next fourteen years, it had won only two European Championships.

However, this year everyone is proud to add to the country’s triumphs. “Today is a great day for Spanish sport,” said Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.

As the players celebrated happily, their monarch, King Felipe was suddenly standing in front of them. The teammates handed King Felipe the trophy, and he held it in the air proudly.
After the spectacular moment, he looked for a player to take the trophy from him. His eyes laid on Yamal. His hand caringly brushed his shoulder as he handed the cup to him. Viewers interpreted this as an act of succession, like an old king passing its glory to the new prince.
